About us: who we are
The Monk Media is a digital marketing agency based in Sonipat, Haryana. We help businesses get found on Google, show up in AI answers, run ads that pay for themselves, look trustworthy on social media and turn website visitors into enquiries. We also work behind the scenes for other agencies as their white label team.
Most of our clients are owner-run businesses: clinics, coaching institutes, manufacturers, retailers, real estate firms, service companies and online stores. They usually come to us after one of two experiences. Either they have never marketed online and do not know where to start, or they have paid an agency before and received reports full of numbers that never turned into customers.
We built this agency for both kinds of client. Our job is simple to describe: more of the right people should find you, and more of them should call, message or buy. Everything we do is measured against that.
Why we started The Monk Media
The Monk Media was founded by Pankaj Sharma, a self-taught developer from Sonipat. Before the agency, Pankaj built and ran Detailing Rider, a premium car detailing business that started in Sonipat in 2019 and now has studios in Sonipat, Panipat and Hardoi.
Running Detailing Rider meant doing everything a small business owner does: answering calls, managing staff, watching cash flow and deciding where every marketing rupee should go. Pankaj built the websites, the booking dashboard and the CRM himself, and learned SEO, Google Ads and social media by testing them on his own money first.
That experience shaped how we work. A business owner does not care about impressions or keyword positions on their own. They care whether the phone rang, whether the leads were serious and whether the spend was worth it. So our reports start with enquiries and cost per lead, and only then explain the numbers behind them.

Our office is in Sonipat, where clients are welcome to meet us for planning sessions. We also work with businesses across Haryana and Delhi NCR, including Panipat, Karnal, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. These are close enough for an in-person kick-off, with day-to-day work handled on WhatsApp, calls and a shared dashboard.
For clients further away, such as businesses in Bangalore, and for agencies in India and abroad who use our white label services, we work fully remotely with the same reporting and response times.

Where is The Monk Media located?

Who will work on my account?
A small, fixed team. You will know who handles your SEO, ads or website, and you can reach them directly on WhatsApp or by phone during working hours.
Do you only work with businesses in Haryana?
No. Many of our clients are in Haryana and Delhi NCR, but we also work with businesses in other Indian cities and with agencies abroad through our white label services.
Do you need a long contract?
No. After an initial set-up period, most plans run month to month. You keep your website, accounts and content if you decide to stop.
